There's Baking Paper...then, there's Baking Paper.

I am not a baker, I am not a cook. However I am often obliged to do so. The kind of baking and cooking I do requires baking paper every now and then, so for a non cook and non baker, I use a bit of it.

And when I used the If You Care Baking Paper for the first time I was really impressed!

I have found in the past, of course, and not now, as I now use If You Care Baking Paper...that some brands were great and some brands burnt and some brands were no where near non stick and my food stuck worse than had I have been using Tupperware to bake with...

Anyway...

The If You Care Baking Paper does not burn (well a tiny bit but that is normal - I meant does not excessively burn), and it is really really really non stick, and I love that it is really thick, and keeps shape when you pop it in a baking pan. (Some pop back up)

But...there is a but.

But I will get to that.

Firstly there are two types of If You Care Baking Paper, and the one I am loving at the moment, is the Parchment Baking Sheets. I love them because there is no cutter. The Baking paper is cut into sheets and rolled up, so you literally just pinch the paper and it pulls away a sheet. It is as easy as it gets and helps people who may have arthritis, or disabilities, or for just anyone who has troubles with the cutter.

Ok, I will get to the "but"...

I didn't really like the cutter on the other traditional type of Parchment Baking Paper. It was great the first few goes, but then...

In its defence, it is super economical, and exactly the same awesome baking paper as the sheets.

So there you have it, my wrap up.

Have a great day!
